Start your day with F3 NATION’s Warrior Boot Camp. This intense boot camp style workout will push you to your limit. 4 Hero WODs honor local heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our community.

Stretch, flow, and build strength in this total body workout with Yoga Six.

Can you handle it?
3 Divisions: Men’s Teams, Women’s Teams, and Co-Ed Teams
CFD’s “Pink Lady” will be the 50,000 lb. beast that your 8-member team is pulling 50 yards for the fastest time.

1:00 – 3:00 Cornhole Tournament
A blind draw, double elimination cornhole competition is a friendly competition for all levels.
Firefighters, LEO, Medics and community members will team up and work side-by-side to take the title of FRFD Cornhole Champions.
